Duplex print is calculated as the price of two single-sided pages.

The indicated prices are valid when the page is filled up to 50%. When filling more than 50%, the price of a print increases by 30%.

Colored prints containing signatures and seals are stamped "Printed from electronic media", color copies of documents containing signatures and seals are stamped “Copy” in accordance with Art. 380 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus.

We print from files of different formats (Word, Excel, Autocad, PDF and other editors) and work with all types of storage media: USB drives, disks, memory cards, mobile phones, etc.
When copying a bound document in several spreads on one page, the cost is calculated by the number of pages (spreads) of the original. The page discount does not apply to documents that need to be copied page by page.

Prepared (executed in accordance with the requirements) documents are accepted for printing. If necessary, we can edit the original file, for example, reduce the size, flip the image, increase / decrease the font, set the required field size, etc.

To avoid discrepancies between the printed version of the document and the electronic one, especially created using mobile devices, we recommend saving the files in PDF format before printing.

The Printing Center is not responsible for printing files with errors! Please check your files before rendering the service (blank sheets, errors, misprints, etc. are paid by the Customer).

Writing a scanned document to USB drives or sending it to e-mail is free of charge.

Writing working material to disk, encoding in another format, additional work with scanned documents are not included in the price. The time for scanning documents is determined individually and depends on the source material and the workload of the equipment, but for small volumes, scanning of documents can be performed in your presence.

The production of a photo for documents is carried out within 2 hours, an urgent photo (5-20 minutes) - plus 30% to the indicated cost.

The price of one photo block includes: 3x4 - 6 pcs., 3.5x4.5 - 4 pcs., 4x5 - 4 pcs., 5x5 - 2 pcs., 4.5x5.5 - 4 pcs., 5x6 - 2 pcs.

The time for making an order is determined individually (depending on the loading of printing equipment and the volume of the order). The standard time for making an order is the evening of such a working day (Monday-Friday) when placing an order before 15:00, urgent production (on the day of contact) - plus 30% of the cost.

The most common paper sizes for photo printing are 10x15, 13x18, 15x20, 20x30, the standard aspect ratio is 2: 3, and the aspect ratio in the frame on modern digital cameras is 3:4.

If the format of your photos differs from the print sizes, then this difference can be eliminated by transferring frames:

1. with fields. Your photo will be reduced only during processing, while preserving all the details of the image, while white borders will appear on the sides.
2. without borders. Photo prints with the same aspect ratio, and the image is cropped at the top and bottom.

We accept for printing graphic files with the JPEG extension in the RGB color model. Optimum image resolution is 200-320 dpi in actual print size. Photos are sent to the following media:

• CD-disk
• DVD disc
• USB drives
• any memory cards of digital cameras

To print a photo "size in size" files are used (resolution 300dpi):

• format 10x15 - 15.2x10.2 cm
• format 15x21 - 15.2x21 cm
• format 15x22 - 15.2x22.5 (8) cm
• format 20x30 - 20.3x30.5 cm
• format 30x30 - 30.5x30.5 cm

• format 30x45 - 30.5x45.7 cm

The price of the brochure includes: cover, backing, plastic spring.

Available colors:

• color of the upper part (PVC film) - transparent, red, green;
• color of the bottom part (thick paper) - green, red, blue, white;
• spring color - green, red, blue, white, black.

In the service of binding documents, we include folding (folding) and picking, punching holes for the spring, assembling and fixing blocks. Binding of documents on a plastic spring is performed in a few minutes in the presence of the client.

Please note that when binding documents, the Customer is responsible for the correct location of the sheets! Please check the correct layout of the sheets in the document before transferring it for binding.

The indicated cost of hardcover for graduation works is valid only if such works are printed in the printing center «Shrift».

Please note that removing binded documents are made without saving the straps.

The service is performed with encapsulation, i.e. the laminate protrudes beyond the dimensions of the laminated material. The lamination cost does not include corner rounding and free edge trimming.
The lead time depends on the volume of the order, the heating temperature of the equipment. In most cases, lamination is done within 5 minutes in your presence.

Lamination allows you to save documents and other important paper media from external factors.

Please note that lamination of some documents (marriage, birth, death certificates) is not performed, because after lamination such documents are invalid!

The terms of manufacturing the order are determined on an individual basis and depend on the volume of the order.
